Trainings
We have weekly training sessions which cater for all fitness levels. These sessions are tailored for the following (based on the season):
- Track and Field
- Cross Country
- Swim squad
- Individual strength and conditioning
- Skill work
- Team sports
- Athletic development
Anyone from Year 4 – Year 12 are welcome to attend any of the sessions.
