Uniform Shop Return Policy
At Parklands, we want our students looking and feeling good in their uniform. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit (for certain items).
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made at our uniform shop in person and within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Please call our uniform shop staff if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Please Note: Returned items may not be sent by mail or courier.
Dealings with Students
Our uniform staff will sell items of uniform to secondary students if they are able to make immediate payment. All primary school students must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling from Grade 7 upward.
Please note: Payment for uniform will not be added to any school fees account.
As from January 2022 we will no longer be accepting any additional second hand items to sell.
We will still be selling second hand uniforms that we have previously received.
