Year 8

Year 8 is designed as a consolidation of a student’s understanding of the Middle School journey

Students continue their journey through exploration and engagement as they further explore theirinterests and skills through various subject areas. Year 8 is about adapting to a new set of expectations allowing growth and development towards personal independence and responsibility. This is encouraged through the Year 7 Habits.

Year 8 Beyond the Classroom

Experiences of Middle School

Year 8 students participate in a wide variety of experiences designed to support their development as students. Experiences such as excursions and incursions support in class learning, while extra-curricular activities look to invest in further character development for each student.

Students participate in weekly chapel services designed to grow their personal faith journey. Students are also supported by our Student Wellbeing Program.
