Uniform Shop Return Policy
At Parklands, we want our students looking and feeling good in their uniform. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit (for certain items).

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made at our uniform shop in person and within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Our shop is located adjacent to the basketball courts at the western end of our site. Please call our uniform shop staff if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Please Note: Returned items may not be sent by mail or courier.
Dealings with Students
Our uniform staff will sell items of uniform to secondary students if they are able to make immediate payment. All primary school students must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling from Grade 7 upward.
Please note: Payment for uniform will not be added to any school fees account. Second hand items are cash only.
Second Hand Uniform Sales
Uniforms for sale as second hand items will be at the discretion of the uniform shop who will determine whether the item is of a saleable condition. If the item is of a saleable condition, uniform shop staff will set the price.
Commission: A 20% commission (10% on blazers) is taken from the sale price. Parents are free to sell second hand items of uniform privately.
Please note: Second hand items can only be purchased with cash. (No refund or exchange)
